The Agilex™ 3 FPGA brings about high performance and power to cost-optimized and compact form factor FPGAs. Building on this powerful FPGA, which has enhanced DSPs with AI Tensor Blocks, GTS transceivers with speeds up to 12.5Gbps, and key security features, the iG-RainboW-G71M is built for high-performance compact edge solutions.
The iWave System on Module features the Agilex™ 3 C-series with a M16A package and is built in a compact form factor of 50mm x 60mm. The SoM features PCIe Gen 3 Connectivity, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet PHY, and 4GB LPDDR4 for HPS, making it ideal for industrial, medical, and video processing applications. Leveraging the industry-leading HyperFlex® FPGA architecture, advanced transceiver technology, and robust security features, the Agilex™ 3 FPGAs are designed to meet power, performance, and size requirements for intelligent edge applications with densities ranging from 25,000-135,000 logic elements.
