• Experience : 1-2 year in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
  • Skills Required :
    • Strong understanding of process quality control and quality improvement methodologies.
    • Hands-on experience with Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.).
    • Knowledge of 8D methodology.
    • Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong documentation and report-writing skills
    • Control of QMS documentation.
    • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Key Responsibilities :
    • Maintain and control QMS documentation including SOPs, Work Instructions, formats, records, and quality manuals.
    • Prepare, update, and manage document revisions as per ISO 9001 requirements.
    • Conduct basic root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) for quality issues.
    • Track and maintain records of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
    • Analyze process data using quality tools (7 QC Tools, SPC, etc.) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
