FAQs

Yes, We have our Library which retrieves the data from the Hardware. Using this, you can develop your own application.

Telematics library provided is written in C language and is provided to the customer as a shared object file. We have customers who have developed their application in Python, Java using our library.

We do offer custom application development tailored to your specific requirements. Please share the protocol supported and DBC file for our understanding. We can check the feasibility based on DBC file.

We will be providing this solution based on customization. Any cloud platforms like Amazon AWS, IBM Watson, Microsoft Azure as per the requirement using MQTT, HTTPS, SFTP & TCP/IP Protocols (based on whatever protocol is supported by the cloud platform).

FOTA will be a customization feature at add on costs. We have also successfully integrated and demonstrated Mender/OSTree FOTA functionality.

For the evaluation kits customer has to purchase and install the SIMs. In production, customer has to ship the SIM and we will integrate and test the basic functionalities of the SIM.

Evaluation kits will come with Micro SIM slot. Device has the option for either Micro or eSIM option. Customer to provide the eSIM to iWave and based on the MoQ this can be done.

Our device has an micro-fit connector which is attached to the OBD Port through a harness cable.
