The customer required a compact, high-performance platform to handle intensive wireless data processing and real-time communication. The solution needed to support high-speed interfaces like PCIe, Ethernet, and radio links while ensuring ultra-low latency, power efficiency, and reliable performance in demanding environments.

  • HProduction ready Module: iWave developed and delivered a fully production-ready ZU19EG system on module, engineered for reliability, scalability, and integration into complex wireless radio systems.
  • Software Development: Customized BSP and driver development enabled seamless communication between the FPGA fabric and external wireless interfaces such as LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi modules.
  • Thermal Enclosure Design: iWave supported enclosure design optimization with a robust thermal management system ensuring sustained performance under extended operation.
