At iWave, cybersecurity is an integral part of our product development and lifecycle management process. We are committed to identifying, assessing, and addressing potential cybersecurity risks to help protect our products against evolving cybersecurity threats.

iWave has established a Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) aligned with the principles and processes of ISO/SAE 21434 Standard.

Product Security Vulnerability 

We encourage customers, partners to report any potential security vulnerabilities identified in iWave products.
Our cybersecurity team reviews reported vulnerabilities and works towards appropriate remediation or mitigation measures.

Report a Vulnerability

If you identify a potential security vulnerability or suspect a security issue in an iWave product , we request you to report at the earliest to our Cybersecurity Management Team at csms@iwave-global.com. Our Cybersecurity Team will acknowledge the reporting within 24 hours.

Please include the following information in your report:

  • Product Details: Product name, model and version.
  • Vulnerability Description: A clear description of the suspected security vulnerability.
  • Reproduction Steps: Steps to reproduce the issue, if available.
  • Supporting Information: Relevant Logs or technical evidence, if available.

Scope of Vulnerability Reporting

The following issues could be reported:

  • Security vulnerabilities/weaknesses in iWave hardware and software components from iWave deliverables.
  • Issues that could affect the confidentiality, integrity or availability of iWave products

Vulnerability Handling Process

iWave follows a structured process to handle reported vulnerabilities:

  • Reporting: Receive vulnerability reports.
  • Evaluation: Review and assess the reported vulnerability.
  • Resolution: Identify appropriate fixes or mitigation measures.
  • Communication: Inform affected stakeholders about the issue and recommended actions.

Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility. We value the cooperation of our customers, partners, and security researchers in helping us identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
