iWave Scope of Work
Custom Hardware Design & Integration:
Complete ODM product design, development, manufacturing and delivery of iW-G39H 17.2” TFT LCD corridor HMI hardware platform with custom carrier card.
Software BSP Development:
Tools, binaries, source code, and support files necessary for Linux kernel image and root file system for custom automated GUI applications for HMI solution.
Display, Mechanical & Pre-Compliance Testing:
Integration of 17.2” display panel and custom aluminum enclosure.
Executed preliminary pre-compliance testing (Electrostatic Discharge Test – EN 50130-4 & Radiated Emission – EN61000-6-3)
Production of 1000 Units:
The project is structured for a 20-week execution timeline, resulting in the delivery of 1000 units.
