Customer Background

A leading medical device and equipment manufacturer required a scalable and high-performance platform to support cell detection and analysis in advanced diagnostic systems.
The solution needed to handle multiple high-resolution imaging sensors, perform real-time data processing, and ensure reliable high-speed data storage and transfer.

Challenges & Requirements

The project required a high-performance and scalable platform capable of handling multiple high-resolution MIPI imaging sensors while performing real-time cell detection and analysis with minimal latency. The system needed to support high-speed data storage through PCIe-based NVMe SSDs and enable reliable data transfer via multiple Gigabit Ethernet interfaces. In addition, the solution had to integrate FPGA-accelerated processing for efficient image handling, ensure system stability for continuous laboratory operation, and provide flexibility for future expansion in medical test and measurement environments.
