Built on the AMD Versal™ Premium Gen2 Adaptive SoC architecture, the iG-G86M® SoM supports the 2VP3602, 2VP3502, and 2VP3402 devices. By combining dual core Arm® Cortex®A72 & R5F processors with ECC protected cache architecture, the module delivers, real-time responsiveness, and the reliability operation for mission critical systems.
With support to 3.3 million logic cells, 1.5 million LUTs, LPDDR5X memory support, and PCIe® Gen6 connectivity, the iG-G86M® SoM is designed to accelerate bandwidth intensive high-performance embedded workloads
