iW-RainboW-G40M: The i.MX 8M Plus SoC-based System on Module, available in OSM and SMARC form factors, integrates NXP’s Quad/QuadLite/Dual Cortex-A53 cores running up to 1.8GHz, a 2.3 TOP/s NPU, and an HDR-capable ISP supporting up to 375 MPixels/s. It features dual camera inputs, H.265 1080p60 decoding, 3D/2D graphics acceleration, HiFi 4 DSP, and versatile display interfaces like MIPI DSI, LVDS, and HDMI. With dual Gigabit Ethernet PHY (TSN on one port), PCIe Gen3, USB 3.0, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and optional GNSS, it is optimized for high-performance, AI-driven applications.

The i.MX 8M Plus SMARC System on Module available in OSM & SMARC form factors, is mounted on a carrier board, serving as a Single Board Computer (SBC) and evaluation kit. This production-ready SBC, designed in a compact form factor, incorporates essential interfaces tailored for applications such as smart home hubs, metering gateways, and industrial automation solutions.
