Engineered for next-generation aerospace, defense, radar, and electronic warfare applications, this powerful module delivers unmatched logic density, rugged reliability, and interoperability in a compact 3U VPX form factor.
Fully aligned with the Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA) standard, the new module simplifies system integration, accelerates development, and provides a broad set of high-speed communication interfaces for mission-critical workloads.

Up to 2.7 million logic elements, integrating an Agilex 7 R24C SoC FPGA. Fully compatible with multiple package variants: AGF-006, AGF-008, AGF-012, AGF-014, AGF-019, AGF-023, AGF-022, AGF-027.
- Front-panel & backplane I/O tailored for SOSA / VPX systems
High-speed Ethernet interfaces: support for 10GBASE-KX4, 40GBASE-KR4, 10GBASE-KR etc. Multiple clock inputs, LVDS references, full TA 46.11 Tier-3 board management, and optical transceiver support via Firefly connectors. Form factor is standard 3U VPX (160 mm × 100 mm).
- Compliance and rugged design
Aligned with the SOSA (Sensor Open Systems Architecture) standard for module and backplane profiles. REACH and RoHS3 compliant. Options include conduction cooled heat spreader per VITA 65.0 for extreme thermal environments.
